A race against rising water

When the embankment broke outside Sunamganj, our regional partners were on the ground within hours, coordinating boats, dry food packets, and water purification tablets for families cut off from the mainland.

What the funds covered

Each relief kit included rice, lentils, oil, and a two-week supply of purification tablets, enough to keep a family of five safe until the water receded.
